2. RBI Prescribed Strongroom Norms: Our Strongrooms have been designed as per RBI Mandated requirements for banks, to ensure maximum safety and security.

3. BIS Certified Lockers: All our lockers are custom manufactured by Godrej for added security as per BIS Standards. Additionally, the technology for operating the infrastructure is BIS certified and risk assessed

Yes, a basic KYC is required to avail a Locker. You need to be there in person at the locker location. The process is simple and will be completed in one meeting. You will need to carry your Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and an additional address proof like Drivers License, Passport, Voters ID, etc. More documents may be required on a case-to-case basis.
Yes, you can add 2 additional members to your locker subscription. These members will have to undergo a physical KYC check at the locker location before being allowed access to the lockers. There will be only 1 key provided to the customer per locker, which will have to be managed among the members. We will not be held responsible for disputes that may arise as a result of sharing of lockers.
OroSafe facilitates free insurance for its customers. For availing this benefit, you will need to declare the contents of your locker. The insurance cover will then be added to your locker subscription at no cost!
